I was thinking of changing the name of my blog since (besides not writing often) I don’t write much about being a mom or feminism as I thought I might originally. However, the issues that concern me most these days are global warming, species extinction, over population, peak oil, and everything else in the “ecological apocalyptic” vein. The old saying “Women and Children First” referred to the need to save the women and children when a ship was sinking. Living on this sinking Earth Ship, I think my title can still stand — with a new subtitle. Stay tuned…
